Political-Economy Analysis
Political-economy analysis is an area of increasing interest as a process for identifying policy options. Social Science Dimensions can undertake political-economy analysis that will help clients to distinguish between positive and perverse incentives and thereby reduce obstacles to improved economic and governance performance. In development contexts, we can provide donors with possible incentives to offer governments to encourage adoption of more productive approaches to such varied areas as security sector reform, pubic sector financial management, infrastructural provision and agricultural development.
